   It Isn't often I write a company that I do business with unless it is a complaint; this however is not the case. I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with C&C. You thoroughly explained your estimate and any addition charger that would be incurred for wood replacement. You promptly returned my phone calls and answered any questions in detail.
   Since the weather was so bad this past month I really didn't expect to have any roof completed until after the the holidays but you took advantage of every window of favorable weather conditions and completed the job. My compliments to your crews, they did a fantastic job on the roof as well as the aluminum, vinyl work and gutters and took care of my property as if it was their own and cleaned up every bit of debris. The house looks great; the charcoal shingles with the existing gray siding give this house a whole new look. I would encourage customers to go to your website and the GAF site and use the shingle selector to view shingle and siding colors. The real test though was this past weekend with high winds and rain, no leaks and no lost shingles. Had my old roof still been on it would probably be strewn all over my yard an I'd have puddles in my attic. Great timing!
   As with any major home improvement I felt it was wise to get several comparison estimates and make a logical decision. Your estimate was by far the lowest and you were able to complete the job soonest. I also felt more at ease with you than with the other estimators; you arrived on time and didn't waste my time sitting around for half a day. Again you thoroughly examined the roof explained and went over each item line by line. Above all you didn't rush me or give me some sales pitch or offer to close the deal. I am enclosing the other estimates I received for the work, same GAF shingles, same roof, same installation, same aluminum, vinl soffit and fascia work and same gutters. I'm sure you will be shocked and and amazed in the disparity of the estimates. Yours is substantially less, not by a $100.00 or so but by several thousand difference.
   Should you be requested for a referral please feel free to contact me. I would heartily refer your company to others. I've had several neighbors compliment the roof job and ask who did the roof prior to you placing the sign in the yard. A close friend of mine (Dennis A.) who lives down the street several blocks will definitely be calling you next year to have his roof replaced by C&C. Should I ever decide to change my siding or windows I will give you a call.
